The Pipeline Committee invites you to join the new Virtual Transplant Interest Group. The second session will take place on Thursday, April 16, 2026 from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm (ET).
This Virtual Transplant Interest Group is meant to offer resources and educational opportunities that go beyond what any individual institution can offer. This is especially relevant for medical students at institutions that do not have a transplant surgery program.
This program will introduce you to mentors and leaders in the field and will even offer access to the operating room beyond what is normally available to medical students: this virtual program will take participants into the operating room to watch transplant surgeries while the operating surgeon discusses each step and answers your questions in real time.
